Who is responsible?
This is not first time that stampede case has occurred due to huge rush of crowd. Whom you think is responsible for this- The stampede at Chinnaswamy Stadium happened partly because some people in the crowd behaved in a disorderly way, but many are also blaming poor security and weak crowd control.

One of Twitter(X) tweets- “The crowd in Mumbai last year was 20X more than that of crowd in Banglore but still went smoother with minor injuries. Reason is Government failure”.
